Preheat smoker to 225°F using hickory or apple wood pellets.

Remove membrane from back of ribs and rub thin layer of mustard all over.

Generously season with Big Chad's BBQ Rub on both sides.

Smoke ribs bone-side down for 2 hours at 225°F.

Lay foil down, add butter, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, and brown sugar. Place ribs meat-side down, seal tight and return to smoker for 1 hour.

Unwrap ribs, brush with pineapple BBQ glaze, and finish uncovered for 20-30 mins until glaze sets caramel brown.

Rest for 10 minutes, slice between bones and dig in!
